Abbaye de la Meilleraye
Being a part of French ethnicity, Abbaye de la Meilleraye is produced by the monks of the Abbey frequently in Brittany Province of France. It is a soft cheese and also famous by the names such as Meilleraye and Trappiste de la Meilleraye de Bretagne. It has washed yellow rind with a mild aroma. In summer, this pressed and uncooked cheese is a wonderful complement at the end of meal or it can be just paired with red wines as a snack.
