Ange Cornu (L')
This Cheese is produced in Quebec. While preparing Ange Cornu (L') cheese, raw cow milk is used. This cheese has washed rind with soft texture. When the cheese is fully aged, it tastes mild, delicate yet lactic and acidulous. .Its butter fat level is between 20% and 26%. Usually stored in refrigerator’s vegetable drawer which prevents it from absorbing undesirable flavours and odours.
