BeemsterKaas aged 4 to 5 months
Made from cow’s milk, this is a type of Gouda cheese. BeemsterKaas is produced with the traditional technique of cheese making. This cheese is aged or matured for 4 to 5 months. Wooden shelves are used to mature this cheese. After maturation, the cheese builds up its medium sharp flavour. Medium hard in texture and having very less salt, so one can test it more.
