Black Label Cloth Wrapped Cheddar
Black Label Cloth Wrapped Cheddar is matured in cloth for a period of minimum 6 months, hence the name Black Label Cloth Wrapped Cheddar. Exhibits an exclusively rich yet mild flavour with a hint of sweetness, thus giving a unique savour. Produced in the King Island from cow’s milk. Comes with a fantastic yellow buttery interior and a crust varying from brown to grey. Generally served with figs, quince paste, grapes and fruit bread. Adored with Full-bodied Ale or a nice Shiraz.
