Bleu de Bonneval
Made from cow's milk, Bleu de Bonneval is a blue cheese. It is originated from Bonneval village in the Haute-Maurienne which lies at an altitude of around 1,800 meters. It gets ready to consume after the maturation period of 6 to 8 weeks. It has a natural rind and medium soft paste. It is nice experience to taste this cheese with fullbodied red and white wine.
