Bleu de Chèvre
Bleu de Chevre is a typical French blue cheese produced in Auvergne region of France. Made with goat's milk, this uncooked and unpressed soft cheese has the veins of blue mould. It takes around 9 months to get mature. When aged, it offers a rich and distinctive sharp, tangy flavour. This creamy and smooth textured cheese goes good with red wine.
