Bleu de pays du Malzieu is a blue cheese made from the cow's milk. It is exclusively produced in a small town named Le Malzieuin in Lozère department of southeast France. It is while in colour with blue vein on the surface. This cylindrical shaped cheese usually comes in foil packing with the seal of origin. Its tastes delicious with Sancerre, Gaillac or any dry fruity wine.
