Bleu du Velay
Manufactured in Auvergne region, Bleu de Loudes is one of the blue cheeses of France. Made from cow's milk, this cheese is aged in wet cellers at least for 2 months. When matured, it offers a delicious flavour and best eaten in summer and autumn. The fat content is in-between 25 to 35%. Also known as just loudes or Bleu de Loudes and its awesome taste is well worth trying with all fruity red and fullbodied red wines.
