Blue de Thiezac
Blue de Thiezac is a blue cheese manufactured in Auvergne region located in the center of France. Exclusively produced on the mountain farms, it is made from the cow's milk and shows little variation with Bleu d'Auvergne cheese. It has a very soft paste and internal veinings. Soft in consistency and contains 45% of fat. It offers a pleasant flavour and wrapped in foil paper carrying the seal of origin. It can be served with fullbodied red as well as other wines such as Charmentes, Seveux, Cornas and Cahors.
