Boule de Quercy
Made from goat's milk, Boule de Quercy is soft cheese decorated with a beautiful raspberry or mulberry leaves. Produced in the mountains of Quercy province in the Midi-Pyrenees region of France, it has a soft tangy flavour with the hint of goat's milk. A simple ball or 'Boule' of this cheese takes around 1 week for an aging process and when aged it offers a creamy texture with long lemony finish. It can be served with the wines like Gewurztraminer, Riesling or Champagne.
