Boulette de Cambrai
A cheese from Flanders, a large historical region overlapping the parts of France, Belgium and Holland. Boulette de Cambrai is a farmhouse cheese made from cow's milk and shaped into a small ball. The rind is natural and its tangy foil comes through the fresh herbs. It has a soft texture and creamy, smooth paste. This fresh white cheese is best to eat when young. It contains the fat around 45% and offers gentle flavour than similar Boulette d'Avesnes cheese. It tastes awesome with Fullbodied red or dry fruity wines and best eaten all the year.
