Brie L'extra Double Crème
Brie L'extra Double Crème or Brie the extra one is a brie cheese made from cow’s milk. Flowered crust soft mild cheese with a bloomy skin with a mushroom odour. Has to undergo an aging period of 1-2 weeks. Once maturity is attained it is preserved for 65 days in a paper waxed between 2 and 4ºC. Contains around 23% fat. Found in almost all super markets. Goes well with soups and sandwiches. Served along with nuts and fruits accompanied by wines.
