Brie petit moule
A French area, where the rivers of the “petit and grand Morin” meet in Seine et Marne region, is famous for the production of two cheeses namely Brie de Meaux and Coulommiers. In past days, this Coulommiers cheese was called as “Brie petit moule” and now famous as Petit Morin cheese. Made from cow's milk, it comes in an unusual football shape which lends an interesting ambiance to a cheese board. During production, the fresh cream is usually added to the milk that gives the cheese soft and refreshing taste. Its creamy, buttery consistency and delightful taste goes well with Champagne.
