Brie Vaudreuil is a soft cheese with a bloomy skin. A mild cheese with a hint of mushroom and a soft smell. Made from cow’s pastuerized milk, contains around 25% fat. Has to undergo a ripening period of 20-30 days after which it is preserved for a period of 2 months in a paper waxed between 2 and 4ºC. Goes well with soups and sandwiches. Also served with croûté bread containing nut and fruits.
