Brique de Jussac
Manufactured in Auvergne region of central France, Brique de Jussac is a soft textured cheese. Made from cow's milk, it is very soft and runny in nature. The rind is natural and it contains minimum 45% of fat. The softness of this brick shaped cheese is rather like an interior of Brie cheese. Its delicacy can be tried with dry light white or dry fruity wines. Best eaten throughout the year.
