Bundnerkase is a semi-firm cheese made from fresh cow’s milk. It comes from famous region Graubünden. It has strong and clean flavour with washed rind. Aging time is minimum of 8 months. The fresh cow milk gives a special and nice flavour to this cheese. It is slightly pundent and spicy cheese in taste. It is best served with cured meat and beef as well tastes nice with walnuts, raw vegetables.
