Cabri de Parthenay
Creamy nature with a great elegance of goat type cheese. Manufactured in Poitou-Charentes region of central western France, Cabri de Parthenay is an ash-coated cheese. Made from goat's milk, this cheese takes around 2 to 6 weeks to get matured. When aged, it offers soft and pearly white pate. It tastes delicious with dry white and fruity wines.
