Cabriflore Chevrot with Ash
Made from goat's milk, Cabriflore Chevrot with Ash is an aged cheese covered with natural vegetable ash. Not wrapped, thus it ripens slowly and gets its characteristic goat taste by keeping it in a fridge at a temperature of 4°-6° C. After 3 weeks, it becomes dry and crumbly in nature and offers a slightly salty taste. The cheese contains 50% of fat and soft paste. Excellent to serve with aperitifs or Ideal at the end of a meal accompanied with white wine when young. Also, it can be served with bread, snacks and just pair it with Sancerre, Morgon, Gaillac wines.
