Camembert de Madame Clément
Camembert de Madame Clément or Camembert Mme Clément has a slightly firm texture as compared to Camembert. Also found to be somewhat stronger in texture than Brie. Soft cheese with a bloomy peel is mild in taste. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Contains around 26% fat. 50% humidity and a period of 2 weeks – 1 month is required for its maturity. Usually served with bread and can also be enjoyed with wine.
