Chaubier is a smooth, mild cheese with a semi-firm texture. Comes with a dark orange natural rind and a creamy, nutty relish. Made from a combination of goat’s and cow’s milk in the ratio of 1:1. Allowed to mature for 6 months so that it attains a fantastic, light aroma and a piquant savour. Enjoyed as a table cheese. Adored with fruit accompanied with Cotes du Rhone. Also served with light red, dry light white or rosé.
