Delivery
Please note that any orders placed from now through the Christmas period will be delivered only after 6th January 2025.

Deliveries cover only the UK mainland, to the current date. Orders are fulfilled by our suppliers and sent out using different couriers, namely but not exclusively DPD, Royal Mail Royal Mail Tracked 24, and localized bike couriers for some London addresses.
Our suppliers deliver to the majority of mainland UK but exceptions may occur. Deliveries can take up to 5 days for some regions in the UK. We will let you know if a purchase you made is not possible to deliver due to any circumstances. We at Cheese.com cannot be held responsible for any delivery not being possible to be made by the assigned couriers to your address.
Delivery dates are always an estimation and specific delivery time slots may be offered by the courier; please note that this cannot always be guaranteed and sometimes deliveries continue into the evening. Couriers usually deliver from Monday to Friday. We strongly advise customers to be present for deliveries as we cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries or deliveries rescheduled outside of the 24-hour shipment window. This includes where customers have arranged for delivery to be made at a work address but then not been present at the time of delivery when an attempt is made in the evening.
As the goods we sell are perishable, we may ask our customers for a "safe place" where the order can be delivered should they not be home. Customers must include a phone number, preferably a mobile number, so they can track and update the order around their needs, and for any contact that the courier contact may need to use to attempt the delivery.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Additional delays may occur during Christmas and New Year, due to the busy period.
Once an order is dispatched, if a customer makes a change to the address or delivery instructions which results in the order being delayed, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to the goods or any late delivery.
For any missing orders or items, please let us know within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
The delivery service uses third-party courier companies to send our packages. Therefore, although great care is taken in the despatch of your order in good time, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur with the courier company during high volume periods. We will send you a dispatch notification and a tracking number for you to ensure someone is at home to receive the package.
