Chevrette des Bauges
Chevrette des Bauges is a country cottage cheese with a thin, smooth crust and a thick interior. Produced in summer and autumn seasons from goat’s milk. Contains around 45% fat. Refined in a wet, fresh cellar for 2-3 months so that a fantastic flavour is obtained. Served with all kinds of dry and fruity white wines of Chablis and the valley of the high Rhone.
