Clemson University blue cheese is a hand made cheese, made from fresh cow’s milk from the University's dairy. It has a rich mouth-watering flavour. While producing the Clemson Blue Cheese, it is salted, waxed, and aged for 6 months. When ready, each hoop is scraped and packaged by hand. This blue-veined cheese is a little curdy, salty. Because of the cheese’s assertive flavour and crumbly texture it is used at home on salads, in cooked dishes, or on the cheese tray.
