Colombière is a farm cheese with a flat disc, a rosy white peel with a smooth finish. Soft textured with a washed crust. Made from cow’s milk. Comes with 50% fat. End of spring and summer are the best seasons for its production. Served with all kinds of fine and fruity white wines of Savoy and light and fruity red wines. Adored by the cheese lovers when Colombière is accompanied with Mondeuse, Gamay de Chautage or Beaujolais wine.
