A true farmhouse cheese, Dairy Vale Vintage Cheddar is produced by the Dairy Vale Food Company of South Australia from the pasteurised milk of cow. Theses cows graze freely on the pristine green pastures in a country where the use of BST is not allowed. Semi-soft, sharp and relishing Cheddar is generally aged over a period of one year. Nutty and leaves a delightful sweet relish after eating. Melts easily. Served with sandwiches, salads and soups. Gives a wonderful taste with chutney and cold cuts.
