Danish Crumbly Blue
Danish Crumbly Blue is a white cheese with blue and green veins. Made from pasteurised cow's milk. Its texture ranges from soft to hard. The green grazing pastures and fertile soil helps to maintain consistency in quality of cheese. For salad, this cheese can be crumbled at top of leafy green base with fine drops of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Crackers can be replaced with crusty French bread by this blue cheese. This cheese tastes delicious with desserts of fresh fruits like pears, strawberries or peaches and cheeseburgers.
