Délice de Saint-Cyr
Delice de Saint-Cyr is a triple-creamed cheese with a mild savour. Comes with a white rind with reddish spots that are attained when allowed to age for a period of 3 weeks. Soft with a nutty relish, contains around 75% fat. Made from cow’s milk. Served with all kinds of light and fruity wines. Adored on the cheese tray when accompanied with Red Bouzy.
