Dragons Breath is a regional cheese of the Nova Scotia, Canada. During preparation of this cheese, garlic and white pepper is added to it giving a pungent smell, hence the name “Dragons Breath”. Made from raw cow’s milk is a blue cheese dipped in black wax. Rarely eaten by itself. Tart and spicy cheese is found in dips and sauces of various foods. Has a creamy and soft texture with added spices. These added spices enhances the cheese thereby giving it a tart and spicy flavour. Served with potato chips.
