Fétard is found to be dense cheese made from cow’s milk from the continent of Ayshire. Semi-hard cheese with washed peel soaked in La Maudite Beer. Comes with fruity smell, buttery flavour and soft relish. Matures in 90 days. Contains around 32% fat. Can be consumed within a period of 2 months. Needs to be preserved in its packing of origin between 0-4ºC. Generally available in cheese dairies and grocery shops. Due to its sharp taste it goes well in salads and soups. Grated on pizza pies and dishes of pastes. Also melted on potatoes or bacon. Served with Henry of Pelham, Meritage.
