Florette is made from 100% pasteurised goat’s milk. Its specialty is that it stays soft and creamy during its maturing process. It has a mild taste with a typical goat cheese scent. Inspite being a goat milk cheese it doesn’t acquire a sharp taste after it maturity process. It has a natural white rind and takes about 4 weeks to mature. The textures is so creamy and soft that its melts in your mouth. It tastes good with all kinds of delicacies, fruits, bread or barbecue. It can also be used as an accompaniment in salads.
