Island Fetta is produced in a traditional Greek style from goat or sheep’s milk. Classic and strongly white with a semi-hard texture and a salty tang. While making the milk is curdled, separated and allowed to drain in an special bag or cloth. After this it is sliced, salted and left for aging for a period ranging from one week to several months. Easily digestible and highly nutritious with a pleasant odour. Generally served in every course of meal.
