Named after Jim Brown’s book about the Lithgow coal Miners, Jannei Bentback, is made from goat’s milk. Comes with a fresh taste and a creamy relish. Produced at Jannei Goat Dairy. During production the white mould is covered with vegetable ash and left for aging. On maturation Jannei Bentback leaves a live lingering flavour in the mouth. Can be eaten in any course of meal, be it soup, salads or deserts
