An enchanting goat’s milk cheese, Jannei Buche Noir, is gentle, smooth and creamy with a mild relish. Contains non-animal cultures and rennet with no preservatives and low salt content. Generally crumbled or sliced in salads. Adored when baked in a cheese platter. Appreciated with Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc on the cheese trays.
