Juniper Grove Buche
Inspired from a French cheese of same name, Juniper Grove Buche is a mold-ripened cheese from the cheese maker Pierre Kolisch. It is a made from the goat's milk at Juniper Grove farm located in the sunny, high desert of Central Oregon. The goats of this farm graze on the lush plains of Central Oregon which area is rich with fresh air and clean water. Made from raw goat's milk, this cheese is presented beautifully with wheat straw through the middle. It is aged for 2 weeks and the characteristic wrinkly rind offers a creamy and complex flavour. This amazingly rich, buttery cheese can be enjoyed with Sauvignon Blanc.
