Knockalara cheese is made from sheep’s milk and is similar to feta. The Schliebitz Company has been producing this cheese since the 80’s. The texture if firm, round and crumbly, but moist and fresh. It is flavoured with citrus and herbs. Cut in cubes and packed in jars filled with olive oil and herbs. Made from vegetarian rennet.
