Koldamer is Baby Swiss-type cheese manufactured in Poland. Though Koldamer and Tilsit have some similarities, Koldamer is less pungent than Tilsit. Made from pasteurised cow's milk, it has a pale yellow interior with semi-firm texture and dotted with small holes. Aged for around 4-5 months, this cheese offers distinctive & nutty flavour. It can be served as table cheese and it also tastes delicious in a salad or melted on a burger.
