It is made exclusively with milk of Majorera breed goats on Fuerteventura. This Fuerteventura (Spanish island) is one of the Canary Islands located in Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa and its dry climate offers perfect conditions for the production of fatty milk. Over half of goat milk produced on Fuerteventura is used to make Majorero cheese. It can be served with Sauvignon Blanc or pair it with any Spanish and Portuguese variatals.
