Made from the sheep's milk, Manchego is a popular Spanish cheese. It is produced from the milk of sheep. The milk for this cheese is obtained from the sheep grazing upon the plains of La Mancha, fertile and elevated plateau of central Spain. It offers creamy, sweet and tangy flavour with semi-firm consistency. Aged for maximum 6 months, its sweet taste and rounded complexity is achieved by producing it in small batches and with unique milk rennet of sheep. Manchego, El Toboso tastes delicious with the wines like Tempranillo.
