Milawa Aged Blue is a hand selected batch of Milawa Blue matured for up to 6 months to create a much stronger blue cheese although well balanced with sweet, buttery notes.
Aged Blue goes well with muscatels, fig paste, fruit sourdough and especially good quality dark chocolate. Then again, it could be eaten with bread and crackers. A dry red wine is a good match for Milawa Aged Blue.
