Nancy's Hudson Valley Camembert
Nancy's Hudson Valley Camembert is an exclusively produced cheese by Old Chatham Shepherding Company situated in the hills of upper Hudson River Valley of United States. Made from a combination of Old Chatham Shepherding Company's sheep’s milk with neighbor farm's BGH-free cow's milk, it offers the bloomy rind and creamy, soft texture. It takes 2 – 4 weeks to get matured. Soft-ripened cheese with a delightful tangy taste. This meltingly soft, velvety and buttery cheese has received a gold medal at the 2007 World Cheese Awards. It can be a delicious addition to any cheese board or enjoy it with Champagne, Chardonnay, Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc.
