Organic Walnut is a seasonal cheese from Käserebellen, made from daily-fresh organic hay-milk processed on organic farms in the valley of the Großes Walsertal, the forest of the Bregenzerwald and the Bavarian Allgäu. This "allergy friendly" cheese is 100% GMO-free and without fermented foodstuffs. It is enriched with delicious pieces of walnuts which gives the cheese its mild and nutty flavour. The cheese is ripened for at least 10 weeks.
