Raclette Griffon comes with a semi-soft texture and a rind washed with Griffon Beer. Flavoured with nuts, leaves a salty and buttery taste in mouth. Made from pastuerized cow’s milk. Contains 24% fat. An aging of 2 months is required with 48%humidity. Generally preserved up to 2 months in a doubled waxed paper of an aluminium foil between 2 and 4 ºC. Due to its tickly odour is famous with cheese lovers. Generally served with salads, soups and bechamel sauces. Melts well on potatoes. Grated on pizzas.
