Named after Jean-Paul Riopelle, Riopelle de l'Isle (Le), is a soft cheese with 3 coats of cream. Comes with a bloomy rind and an ornate shell, a sweet buttery relish with a crunch and a hint of mushroom. Melts fantastically in mouth giving an excellent creamy touch. Its flowing texture is found to be oily sometimes. Made from raw cow’s milk, comes with a fat content of 35%. Matures in 60 days. During production, requires 50%humidity. Its creamy taste goes well with every food and drink. Appreciated fantastically on cheese trays and in every course of meal.
