From Langhe, a hilly area in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, Robiola Bosina is made from cow and ewe's milk. Piedmont region also provides some of the popular wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco and Asti. Named after a small town 'Bosnia', Robiola Bosina offers a perfect and creamy mixture of cow and ewe's milk. Available in various shapes, however, its flat, square and little pillow has a silky paste and smooth well-balanced flavours. This delicate and harmonious flavoured cheese is produced without adding any preservatives or artificial additives. It has an elastic rind which protects its interior until it ripens. After ripening process, it becomes a deliciously runny in consistency. Robiola Bosina offers smooth, sweet and milky paste and it is nice experience to taste it with a variety of wines such as Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc. etc.
