Made from unpasteurised goat's milk Rodoric offers the unique taste and flavour. The making process of Rodoric cheese is quite similar to Maroilles or Herve cheese. Produced in Belgium region of Liege, it is aged in humid caves traditionally which gives a spicy flavour to it. Though freshly prepared cheese is sweet in taste, with age it becomes more strong and spicy. Tastes awesome with dark bread and beer.
