Saint Siméon is richly creamed cow’s milk cheese with a beautiful white-orange striped rind. Made by the 'Fromagere de la Brie' in St Simeon (hence the name). The shaping up of the mould takes place in a laddle. Sold in a plastic shell to retain its soft texture and also to prevent an ungodly mess. Contains around 60% fat. Served with salad and nuts or fruits. Enjoyed with a a glass of champagne or Brandy.
