Sara’s Nevat is the cheese, which is found in the Barcelona region of Spain. The “Nevat” word means Snowy. The aging of this cheese is of about 45-60 days. The milk of Murcia and Grenadine goats is used in preparing this cheese. This cheese was produced in 1992 for the first time. Sara was the name of the daughter of Mr. Joseph (Creator of this cheese). That is why the cheese is called Sara Nevat. Its creaminess stays for longer time in humid environment.
