Saulxurois is a pure white cheese made from cow’s milk. Produced in the Champagne region located in the northeast of France and is famous for making the artisan cheeses. Comes with a soft, tender surface and a creamy interior with a slight salty savour and an intense aroma. Contains around 45% fat. Generally served with Côteaux champenois, Pinot noir d'Alsace and Sancerre.
