Shelburne Two-Year Cheddar
Shelburne Two-Year Cheddar is produced at Shelburne Farms at Burlington, Vermont. It is more sharp and sweet as compared to it younger counterparts. It is gradually obtained by fresh raw milk of brown Swiss cows. Shelburne is sharp and sweet in taste with pleasant and lingering finish. And is taken with Pale ales, Gamay, Zinfandle, and Chardonnay.
