Simply pure Farmstead Style Jack, comes with all natural flavours forming the pride for the Great Midwest. Made from cow’s milk. Naturally white with a semi-sift texture and creamy interior. An aging period of 90 days is required. Generally eaten along with salads and soups. Often served with fruit and poultry wine. Cheese lovers appreciate it with Riesling, Colombard or Rhine.
